Drama Literature is often shown through an increased exaggeration of emotion and actions. It can be shown through acting and writing, and it usually has a specific genre showing, like sadness or happiness.
Poetry:

Students will learn multiple different styles of Poetry (Sonnets, Villanelle, Haiku, and Sestina)

Sonnets poems always use 14 lines, utilizing specific rhymes to make it sound inspiring and powerful.

Villanelle uses 19 lines, and rotates between 2 different rhymes through the verses.

Haiku is a Japanese style poem that has three lines and a total of seventeen syllables.

Sestina often represents emotional states and tight situations. Sestina poems are made up of 39 lines, each with a combination of around 6 words.

NonFiction:

On the other hand, Non-Fiction is all about realism. Non fiction can range from ancient history, to instruction manuals on how to make a table. Writing in non-fiction aims to be accurate and focused on real-life experiences.
Fiction:

In this section, students will dive into the realm of creativity in writing, from action to romance. Fiction often focuses on fake, imaginary events and characters rather than actual history and stuff that happened in life.
